Delete your data
You can delete your Home Design Engine account and its data at any time, including data we received when you signed in with Facebook or Google.
Delete it yourself
- Sign in to Home Design Engine.
- If you have a paid plan, cancel it first and wait for the paid period to end.
- Open Account → Data. You can download a copy of your data there first.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Your account, profile, links to your Facebook or Google sign-in, and your saved and published designs are removed. Billing records are kept only as long as tax law requires.
Ask us to delete it
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Remove the app from Facebook or Google
Deleting your account here does not change your Facebook or Google account. To stop sharing sign-in data, also remove Home Design Engine in Facebook under Settings → Apps and websites, or in your Google Account under Security → Third-party apps and services.
