Home Design Engine

Terms of service

Last updated 13 October 2026

By using Home Design Engine you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Home Design Engine is a tool for drawing, building and furnishing homes in 2D and 3D. It is in an early testing phase: features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. Designs are for visualisation only. They are not architectural, structural or engineering advice, and any building work needs qualified professionals and the required permits.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 to use the service.

Your content

You own your designs. You give us the permission needed to store, process and display them to provide the service. When you publish a design to the community, other users can view it as your publish settings allow. You can unpublish or delete it at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, infringing or abusive content, try to break or overload the service, access other people's accounts, or scrape the service by automated means. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Paid plans

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Your consumer rights under local law are not affected.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". Keep your own copies of important designs; you can download portable project files at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service, with notice where reasonable.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell account holders before it takes effect.
